Campus Modernization

Phase I of the project involves modernization of several facilities and buildings. The scope of modernization work includes the following:

Sheriff Station

The sheriff station is approximately 6,000 square feet . The building is a bearing wall system with reinforced concrete mat footings. Framing of building is by means of cold-formed light gauge steel members in conjunction with plywood sheathing for the roof diaphragm topped with clay tile roofing. The vertical lateral force resisting system consists of light-framed shear walls sheathed with plywood or sheet metal.

Elmcrest Residence

EAS was retained to design and construct an alternative and green interpretation to the traditional Sea Ranch track home. A neglected cookie-cutter residence originally constructed in 1977 is hardly the kind of home that would garner a second look. However, our Clients requested a renovation. Our team of designers and construction professionals developed a distinct vision that included a complete redesign, addition, renovation, and structural upgrade, while still retaining the home’s original architectural lines and elements.
